About Andrew Teague

I am a 2022 Bradley University graduate. I majored in Interactive Media with a concentration in UI/UX, and I also do digital art as a hobby. I have done a small handful of art collaboration projects in the past, and I have also worked on user interface related projects for my university. Not only did I help OSF Hospital with prototyping interface for their hospital kiosks, but I was also the UX Lead for the FUSE project Mismatched Mayhem, a 1v1 arcade game where players would make monsters from random parts to fight in AI controlled combat. I am proficient in software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and Premiere Pro, as well as Aseprite and Clip Studio Paint.

I initially came to Bradley University to major in Game Design, but I ended up changing majors after three semesters, realizing that game design was simply not for me. I ended up choosing to do UI/UX related courses because of my experience in an Interactive Design course during my second semester of freshman year. I remembered how I enjoyed working on the assignments for that course, and I figured it might translate to a career in that field.

I have always been a fan of the arts. I, like others during my formative years, made plenty of drawings using crayons and coloring pencils, but it wasn’t until April of 2020 that I began digital art as a full on hobby. The 2000s have been a major inspiration for everything I do. The aesthetics that defined this period of time are things I want to replicate in my own work.

Since graduating college, I’ve primarily been taking commissions to do art for various people, including a local band called No Tagbacks!
